The Overlook at Cypress Creek

The indoor space can accommodate up to 120 guests, providing a cozy and intimate atmosphere for weddings, parties, and other events. For those who prefer an outdoor setting, the venue also features a charming patio area overlooking the lush greenery of the golf course. This space can accommodate an additional 60 guests and provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable outdoor event.

The Venue

Cypress Creek Members – $200/hour
Non-Members – $250/hour

*3 hour minimum. $150 non-refundable cleaning fee due at time of booking. Weddings and large events will be quoted on an individual basis.

Main Event Room

80×40, 3200 sqft of heated and cooled space with an industrial feel. High and open ceiling with beautiful plank laminate floor. A wall of windows facing east providing that million dollar view! Three 70-inch tv’s plus audio and JBL sound system.

The Patio

80×20, 1600 sqft railed, concrete patio overlooking the 18th green and fairway flanking lake.

Cash bar – $20/hour bartender fee plus price of beverages.
